Description
I believe that in art, perfection is a myth, something that only exists in visions created in one’s mind, be it the viewers or the artist themselves. My philosophy is that when an artist lays down the tools of his/her craft and says “It’s finished”, that piece becomes perfect because it is exactly what it is meant to be. Any change at all made by anyone else, no matter how beautiful, has altered that perfection the artist created. So, any imperfections you see in this piece are not made by me. They only exist for the viewer who is left to question their own expectations.
